Timeline: You must initiate your return or exchange request within 15 days from the date your order was delivered.

Eligibility Conditions for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

Non-Returnable / Exempt Goods
For safety and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive defective or damaged:

Exchange Process (Replacement Only)
If you wish to exchange a product due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery and it meets the eligibility conditions above, please follow the process outlined in “How to Initiate a Return or Exchange.”

Processing: Once the returned product is received and inspected, the replacement will be dispatched.

Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Refund Process (Return for Money Back)
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Our Error: If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Ever Grow Seeds will cover the cost of return shipping or arrange a free reverse pickup.
