Delivery Time Transparency

Your total estimated delivery time includes Processing Time and Carrier Transit Time.
 We make every effort to provide accurate delivery estimates during checkout.

  • Processing Time (Handling): 2 – 3 Business Days
     (Time required to verify, pack, and quality-check your order before dispatch.)

  • Carrier Transit Time (Shipping): 4 – 6 Business Days
     (Time taken by the courier to transport the package from our India facility to your delivery address.)

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 – 9 Business Days
     (Maximum expected time from when you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep.)

Note: Delivery times may vary based on destination, customs procedures, and courier operations. Please allow the 6-9 business-day window as a realistic expectation for international deliveries.

Order Processing and Tracking

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 1:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

  • Business Days: Processing occurs Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to the courier’s tracking page.
     Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate after dispatch.

Delivery Issues

Damaged Shipments:
 If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact our support team immediately. If possible, refuse the shipment and notify us with photographs for quick resolution.

Lost Shipments:
 If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please inform us within 24 hours so that we can initiate an investigation with the courier partner.
